1. Fill out and submit a completed Personal Trainer Registration Packet and pre-screening at the link below

2.One of our Certified Personal Trainers will reach out within one week to schedule your initial complimentary fitness consultation. This consultation will include an Inbody Assessment.

3. Following the Consultation, purchase sessions at the Welcome Desk and schedule your first workout session with your trainer
