Group Fitness Classes

FREE for all members and open to all skill levels, group fitness classes offer a variety of formats at various times of day to fit your schedule and meet your needs. All necessary equipment is provided. Choose from cycle, HIIT, dance fit, yoga and more. Find your favorite class and stay motivated working toward your fitness goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Log in to mywellness.ucdenver.edu using your MyWellness credentials (same as your university credentials if you are a member of the CU Denver community)
  2. Select the "Group Fitness" icon from the home page 
  3. Select the class format you want to attend
  4. Select "Register" on the specific class date/time you want to attend
  5. Select "Checkout"
  6. Select "Checkout" again on the window that pops up

We prefer that you pre-register for classes to save your spot. Those who pre-register will have a secured spot in class in case we hit capacity. However, you are still welcome to join class even if you didn't pre-register.

  1. Log in to mywellness.ucdenver.edu using your MyWellness credentials.
  2. Click your username in the top right corner. 
  3. Select "Profile"
  4. Select "Programs" 
  5. Find the class you want to cancel and select the three dots to the far right. 
  6. Select "Cancel Registration"

We have moved most of our classes to the gym courts and studio 1 to accommodate 10-feet of distance, allowing us to remove our masks. If we hit a capacity that doesn't allow us to maintain this distance, we will require all participants to wear masks during class. As always though, you can wear a mask if you prefer. Additionally, participants will continue to wipe down all equipment after use.

1. Registration is NOT required but is optional.

2. Request access to the passcode through this form.

3. At the time of the Group Fitness class, use the Zoom link to join the Livestream!

4. You must have an electronic device that can connect to the internet

5. You can join with or without video, it's up to you!

6. Once the class gets started, we ask that you mute your audio so that only the instructor is being heard.
