Fitness Philosophy: Feed your mind, body, and soul with movement. Change only happens when you overcome a negative mentality and take the win for trying your best. You are your only competition so do not beat yourself down before you've even started. Hard work can still be fun, smile at yourself for working hard.

Fitness Philosophy: I want to help folks feel more comfortable in their bodies! I love that pilates is a low-impact system of movements that makes mobility easier. I appreciate that it can be used for injury recovery, sports training, or as an exercise modality on its own. Aside from pilates, I enjoy the challenge of strength training and HIIT. As an extrovert, I appreciate teaching and taking group classes to feel the collective determination of completing a workout together. I believe that fitness should be accessible and open to all people.

Fitness Philosophy: Maintaining a beginner's mindset allows for me to meet my students where they are in their wellness journey. I emphasize not taking oneself too seriously and try my best to nourish a sense of community amongst my students. We may be doing yoga on the mat, but it is an all-encompassing, ancient practice that can be applied to the daily off-the-mat lives of practitioners. My classes have opportunities to learn and have fun woven into every moment. Let's find comfort in discomfort to grow through what we're going through!

Remember that fitness is just one of the dimensions of overall wellness. Don't neglect yourself because you are the most important person in your life. Take care of yourself, be proud of yourself, and give yourself grace.
