The information below is on the different circumstances where you might be getting a refund.Any refunds or credits will be placed on your MyWellness account and can be used to purchase services in the future or can be refunded to the credit card of your choice once we reopen. We are currently unable to process refunds to credit cards remotely. * Please note that not all members will receive a refund/credit *

Semester Membership/Services paid up front and in full
In light of the university operating remotely, we will be providing a pro-rated credit for the remainder of the semester for members who have already paid for the semester in full.
If you have a locker, there will be a one month grace period once we open to clean out your items or renew your locker service.
If you had an active $30/30 membership at the time of our closure, we would like to offer you a full restart of the 30 day membership to ensure you are able to experience the facility without interruptions once we reopen. You will be able to activate your complimentary month at the welcome desk when we re-open. This offer expires 30 days from the date that we re-open
If you had an active Retroactive membership at the time of our closure, we will be extending your membership for the length of the closure once we reopen. For example, if we are closed for 1 month, we will add an additional 1 month to your membership end date.
If you have a membership or service set up on recurring, electronic monthly draft, your monthly draft has been paused, and you will not be charged. Upon reopening, you will be provided with a complimentary month of membership and/or service. You will not need to do anything to receive your complimentary month. After the first month, your electronic draft will resume as scheduled.
If you have a locker, your personal items will not be removed and the locker will remain yours. You will also receive a complimentary month of locker service. Monthly drafts will resume one month after we open.
If you are currently signed up for payroll deductions, we are currently in the process of refunding the charges for April which were included on your March paycheck. You should see this refund on your paycheck in the next 1-2 pay cycles. Moving forward, we will not be processing any charges through the duration of the facility closure. Upon reopening, we would like to offer you a complimentary month of membership prior to payroll deductions resuming. You will not need to do anything to attain your complimentary month. You will retain facility access, and your payroll deductions will begin taking place again one month after we open
Membership Cancellation Update
In order to accommodate our members during this difficult and uncertain time, we have adjusted our Membership policies until further notice as listed below:
All reoccurring monthly pre-authorized payment memberships will be paused
30-day cancellation policy has been waived through the spring semester
Retroactive memberships will be paused
A pro-rated refund to your mywellness account with be provided for semester memberships already paid in full for the period of time our facility is closed. These memberships include towel service, locker service, GT45-Group Training, and affiliate membership (i.e. faculty/staff, alumni, sponsored).
Fee-assessed student memberships are still being evaluated. There is more information to come on this specific membership.
