Voicemail Basic Messaging

Provide basic (non-unified messaging) voicemail capabilities, tied to a new or existing telephone (or telephones). The telephone may be physical or virtual. Callers may leave voicemail messages for the targeted telephone number.
Request Voicemail Basic Messaging
To request voicemail basic messaging, submit a service request to the OIT Service Center or email the Service Desk with your request.
Directions to submit a service request via the OIT Service Center portal:
- Click the Request Basic Messaging button above or go to the OIT Service Center
- Click "Login" in the upper right hand corner
- Select "Make a Request"
- Scroll down and choose "Phone Service"
- Select Voicemail from the list of services
