AV Equipment Available in EMS

Requests for AV equipment should be submitted through the EMS room scheduling system. There is generally no charge for equipment required for classes. For events, please make the equipment request three days in advance. 

Faculty on the CU Denver campus also can schedule the Zoom Camera system to record lectures through EMS.

Each room podium contains a sign with contact information for support if you are having a problem with classroom technology, Please call immediately, according to the signage in the room. Depending on your location, a support professional from OIT, a departmental IT team member, or AHEC will assist you.
