Do you use forms and surveys to collect data for your work at the university? If so, this article is for you! CU Denver | Anschutz has three software tools you can choose from to collect data. These are Formstack, Microsoft 365 Forms and Qualtrics.

This team is behind the scenes of everything we do as students, faculty, and staff. Working across the various CU campuses, there is not a department they don’t know, which is what makes them so unique.
All staff, faculty and students who have been approved to be on campus are required to complete the attestation form as well as meet at checkpoints set across campus every day. Data from the attestation app can be exported, analyzed, and recorded to see where people have been and when if contract tracing is needed.
All students, faculty and staff must use Duo Security for MFA to access Microsoft 365 applications including your university email. Visit OIT’s CU Secure and MFA webpage
