- A bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, marketing or other related field, from an accredited institution
- Four (4) years of experience in fundraising, alumni/donor relations, or other nonprofit role or equivalent experience in for-profit marketing or project management or directly related field.
- Optional Substitution: Related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
- Master's or terminal degree in nonprofit management, business, marketing or other related field, from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience in fundraising, alumni/donor relations, or other nonprofit role OR equivalent experience in for-profit marketing or project management or directly related field
- Related professional experience as director, project/program supervisor, work leader, or staff authority
