Note that the University of Colorado Denver and Anschutz Medical campuses are closed from Monday, December 23, 2024, to Wednesday, January 1, 2025. You may submit requests and send emails to ISSS during this time and ISSS staff will respond after January 1, 2025.
J-1 Scholar Exchange Visitor Program
The University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus is an official program sponsor for the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program as authorized by the U.S. Department of State. The general purpose of the J-1 program is to promote international educational and cultural exchange to develop mutual understanding between the people of the United States and other countries.
Under the Department of State’s authorization, the University of Colorado Denver can offer prospective exchange visitors opportunities for study and research.
