Part 1. Part 1 of this class is for all agency staff to increase their knowledge and understanding of the agency emergency preparedness plan and to learn their roles and responsibilities during an emergency response. 2 hours
Part 2. Part 2 of this class is for all member facing staff to learn how to provide emergency preparedness training to members. Tools will be provided to participants to have on hand to teach. 2 hours
Both classes are taught consecutively. This class is currently offered in-person. Spanish translation is available.
