Annual Reports for the Office of Equity

The Office of Equity (OE) was created in 2015 to oversee all investigations of alleged policy violations regarding sexual misconduct, harassment and discrimination, and/or related retaliation — whether against a student and/or employee, for the CU Denver and CU Anschutz campuses. The OE will address all reports using the methods as described in the OE's procedural documentation, which you can review within the University and Policies section of our website.

The university is committed to taking appropriate action against those who are found through investigation to have violated the policies established at this institution. Individuals who violate these policies will be disciplined or subjected to corrective action, up to and including termination or expulsion. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for sanctioning students found responsible for policy violations, and provides guidance and direction for sanctions to disciplinary authorities of faculty and staff found to be in violation of these policies.
