AT Lab Policies

The AT Lab is a resource available to CU Denver students who are eligible for accommodations through Disability Resources & Services. 

The lab is open on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please plan your visits and use of lab resources within these hours. 

The lab is intended for individual study, academic work, and accessibility support. 

Group study, tutoring, and advising sessions should take place outside the lab. DRS staff can assist in finding alternative spaces if needed. 

Drinks with secure lids are welcome, but all other food and beverages must remain outside the lab. 

Help keep the lab clean by disposing of trash properly and leaving workspaces tidy for the next user. 

To maintain a quiet and focused environment, please take personal calls or video calls outside the lab. 

For the safety and health of all users, we encourage you to stay at home if you are sick. If you absolutely must use the lab, please wear a mask and use tissues and hand sanitizer as needed. 

Students are expected to follow the CU Denver Student Code of Conduct and contribute to a respectful and supportive environment in the AT Lab. 

Misuse of the AT Lab space and resources may result in restricted access. 

Save your work to your personal storage (flash drive or cloud) to ensure your files are secure. 

Log off any lab computers or devices used. 

Dispose of any trash and wipe down your workspace. 

Ensure all chairs are returned to their designated areas. 

Return any borrowed equipment to the designated area and inform lab staff if anything is missing or broken.
