Since August 2010, Elizabeth has been a part-time Coordinator for Disability Resources and Services. Her responsibilities include meeting with students to determine eligibility for accommodations, facilitating accommodations between faculty and students and making referrals to resources specific to student’s needs.
In addition, Elizabeth is the Veteran Liaison for our office and works directly with Veteran and Military Student Services (VMSS) to streamline coordination of accommodations for veteran and military students with disabilities.
Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver, Counseling Psychology Counselor Education program. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, by the State of Colorado, and is a National Certified Counselor. Elizabeth’s background includes operating a private counseling practice for 5 years serving young adults with depression and anxiety as well as relationship and marriage counseling.
As an alumna of CU Denver, Elizabeth is proud to represent the University and feels privileged to continue serving the student population of CU Denver Disability Resources and Services.
