PLEASE NOTE: ​If you do happen to run into an issue where your information will not fit while using our online ordering system, please contact us and we will assist with the typesetting of your additional information on your cards for fee of $10.

If you choose not to utilize our online ordering system at all while ordering University-branded business cards, there will be a $15 typesetting fee, per card, included in the cost. 

 


 

Step 1 - Login

a) Click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner, If you already have an account, please login in using your credentials, otherwise you will need to create an account. 

Step 2 - create an account

a) In the Login Screen, you will  see  a “Register” link in gold. Click on the link to create an account. 

b) Fill out the requested information to create an account in order to be able to keep a record of your orders, see your order history and populate certain information easier. 

Step 3 - Selecting items

a) On the home screen of the Digital Storefront, select “Stationery”. Then select “University Business Cards”.

b) Browse the card choices and select the card that best pertains to you and your department.

Step 4 - starting your card

a) First name your job, this is very important. Please name the job using the person’s name on the business cards. Then select a quantity.
b) Fill out the information needed. All information fields with an asterisk next to them are required fields to be able to order the card.

Step 5 - Reviewing and approving your card

a) Once all of the fields needed have been filled in, select “Update Preview” in the lower right hand corner. Then review your card for placement and typography errors.

b) If everything looks good, select, “Add to Cart” which will cause an approval message to appear. Click on the “I Agree” button to add the order to your cart.

Step 6 - completing your order

a) Once approved, you will need to go to your cart to checkout. Click on the cart icon in the upper right hand corner of the home screen.

b) Select a due date and proceed to checkout.

c) Enter your speed type or payment method and other information. Then hit submit. Your order will be generated and printed as requested and approved.​​​
