As a marketing director/brand strategist, Cecile is experienced in creating integrated campaigns and communications for major corporations and leading academic institutions to reach the student/family, consumer, trade, and B2B markets. A native Texan, she enjoyed living and working in New York City’s international environment before coming to the University of Colorado Denver, where she and her team develop marketing/communications to reach international students and their families, international governments and sponsoring agencies, global educational partners, and international alumni.

Her professional experience within organizations such as the University of Colorado Denver, Cavalieri Kleier Pearlman/NYC and TracyLocke Advertising/Dallas, as well as her direct client consulting In New York, bring an ability to target messaging to diverse audiences, and a respect for the development and care of client relationships. Examples of client work include companies and institutions such as Hunter College/New York, Meredith Corporation (Better Homes & Gardens, Ladies Home Journal, More), McCormick’s Foods, Scholastic, Sundance/The Moderns, Nickelodeon, Smucker’s, Atlantic Container Line, and MCA/Universal.
