This service request is to design and implement Call Center/ACD Services to support advanced Call Enabled Business Processes (CEBP). The Access team and/or the Customer Service Representative will consult with the customer requesting a new Call Center/ACD service or will enhance an existing ACD/Call Center Service. The Call Center/ACD Services allows a business unit to utilize a call menu to inform customers and solicit caller input in order to route calls to targeted destinations based on that caller’s input. The target is usually a “live” agent although other destinations be chosen.

This service request allows staff and faculty to use a campus phone to make and bill international long distance calls. International long distance calls cannot be completed without a PBN, while using a campus phone. This service allows for itemized monthly billing to a department’s speedtype of their choosing. These requests must be approved by a person with PeopleSoft fiscal responsibility.
This service request is to install/activate an office/desktop telephone connection at a designated location. Typical use of this service is to support an office telephone connection. A Direct Inward Dial (DID) or non-DID phone number will be assigned based on customer’s requirements. Telecommunications and Network Infrastructure (TNI) will provide and support the TNI-provided standard telephone end to end.

Callers may leave voicemail messages for the targeted telephone number. The voice mailbox owner/designate may retrieve and manage that voice mailbox to suit their business need.
This service is to provide Unified Messaging voicemail capabilities, tied to a new or existing telephone as provided by the University of Colorado Denver. The telephone may be physical or virtual. Note – This service is NOT available for telephone services provided by AHEC. Callers may leave voicemail messages for the targeted telephone number. The voice mailbox owner/designate may retrieve and manage that voice mailbox to suit their business need. Voicemail messages will be delivered to the voice mailbox owner’s/designator’s email inbox. This service requires a University provided email account.
