During the 2020-2021 school year, the Center on Domestic Violence will be celebrating 20 years of effecting change and ending violence. Twenty events throughout the year will commemorate our founders, shine a light on the profound impact that the Center has made in ending interpersonal violence and articulate our vision for the future.
We invite you to help us foster change in the lives of victims of domestic and sexual violence. Join us for any (all!) of the inspiring anniversary activities planned for the coming year and pledge your support for the Center’s future efforts bringing together our Many Stars committed to change into One Universe of peace and respect.
On the evening of October 24, 2019 the Center hosted a cocktail party to launch our year-long celebration of 20 years of service. People gathered on the roof top terrace of the Carla Madison Recreation Center in downtown Denver to hear a bit about the Center’s past accomplishments, its vision for the future and enjoy the lovely music of jazz pianist and singer Rekha Ohal.
