Twenty events throughout the year will commemorate our founders, shine a light on the profound impact that the Center has made in ending interpersonal violence and articulate our vision for the future.

We invite you to help us foster change in the lives of victims of domestic and sexual violence. Lighthouse Writers Workshop on Gender-based Violence Part II

| 04:30 PM - 05:30 PM

**Event date subject to change**
The Lighthouse Writers Workshop is something of an institution in Denver. People from across the city gather there to learn, teach and share their writing. Join us for a virtual Friday 500 session with the Lighthouse Writer's Workshop to explore the topic of relationship and sexual violence and read finalist's submissions.

On July 24th, the staff of the Center facilitated a discussion, introduced some prompts on domestic and sexual violence and invited people to submit a poem or short story to the CDV Anniversary Writing Campaign. The submissions will be reviewed and the top 10 or so pieces will be selected to be performed at a second Friday 500 on September 25th. The entire community is invited to join us to hear the chosen submissions. For more information and to submit a writing, email
