Robin Celeen comes to every social interaction with a genuine desire to participate. Whether she is helping her mother manage her care, or sharing wry jokes with her brothers, Robin uses her communication system with clear intention and meaning. Robin also enjoys being where things are happening. Her customized power wheelchair allows her to go to fun places like Red Rocks, accessible mountain trails and Comic-Con. The standing feature on her power wheelchair allows her to stand frequently throughout the day, no matter where her adventure takes her. The CIDE Assistive Technology Clinic faculty PTs and SLPs were pleased to help Robin select the technology that supports inclusion in her community.

We're in This Together: Building ability and access through technology.
The Center for Inclusive Design and Engineering (CIDE) envisions a world where everyone is engaged in life without boundaries. We believe technology, innovation and collaboration can make this a reality for individuals with disabilities.
